When we arrived at La Colombe, in Constantia, we were greeted by a sorbet of mandarin. After that we continued with an unmissable Gin Tonic during the presentation of the Menù. 11 courses for a set menù full of surprised and innovation.

The Silvermint Estate is the setting of this food experience. The inspiration is the use of local ingredients, some directly from the wood and the vegetable garden behind.
